The hotel's location on the water and the great pool were definite highlights. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with frozen food and a missing cook. Despite these setbacks, the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially given the circumstances of our trip. the discounted rate for attending a funeral was appreciated, and the service during the snowstorm was exceptional. the recommendation from the polite front desk staff saved our dining experience. the comfortable rooms with modern amenities truly made us feel at home away from home. In conclusion, Holiday Inn Grand Haven-Spring Lake is a convenient and comfortable choice for a stay in the area, offering a mix of relaxing waterfront views and enjoyable on-site activities.
